What is different about our virtual address solution?

With our service you get an actual business address and optionable working location. Unlike most Virtual Office Solutions where you get only the right to use the address, we offer a full business solution that allows you to use the working space when you're in Cyprus whether that is 60 days, which is the minimum non-Dom status requirement, or full year-round 365 days.

Why use a business address solution?

If you plan on residing in Cyprus all year-round with the occasional travelling, then it might make sense to use your home address as the business address. However, if you plan on travelling, our recommendation is to use a registered business address. The reason behind this is you might receive an official letter or notice for inspection and if you miss it you might get fined or worse.

How you want your mail handled is 100 % up to you. We can forward it directly to you, scan and email, leave it for pick up, send a raven or however you like. Either way you will be notified of new mail or packages the same day it arrives at Hügge.

Most of our clients prefer the least possible hassle with a fixed agreement of us scanning all regular mail to be automatically scanned and emailed except for any sensitive mail and of course packages.

How fast can I get my business address with Hügge Consult?

Typically it takes us 24 hours to prepare your contract after receiving all the relevant information.

What do you need from me to sign up?

KYC
Please share a proof of identity of the Director and/or UBO of the company, for our due diligence requirements. (For example, ID card, passport or driving license.)

Drafting the Business Address Agreement or Lease Agreement
Kindly confirm the following, to enable us to draft the agreement:

  • The company's registration number
  • Who will be signing the agreement on behalf of the company (usually the company Director)
  • When you would like the one-year license period to start
    Who we should communicate with for mail and package handling (name & contact details)
  • Confirmation on whether we should open and scan all mail directly, or send you a photo of it before opening
Do you provide a utility bill?

Yes - but not in your company name. Our agreement clearly states that electricity use is included in the service provided to your company and you can at any time receive a utility bill from Hugge Group LTD for any KYC matters or the likes.

Is the lease agreement suitable for official KYC procedures (banking and fintech platforms)?

Our Lease Agreement has been sufficient as proof of the company’s address for various authorities in Cyprus, for example, Tax/VAT & Social Insurance Departments.

In relation to banking:
Each bank has slightly different requirements for account setup. The majority of our clients have used our Lease Agreement as proof of the company’s address with no issues, for example with local banks like Bank of Cyprus, as well as global fintechs like Revolut Business. However, the majority of our clients’ companies also have additional substance in Cyprus, with shareholders and/or Director(s) based in Cyprus, who can provide a local utility bill in their personal name (in addition to the Office Lease Agreement). In other words, they have a rental / private residential address in Cyprus.

You can always receive a template of the lease agreement in advance for your legal advisors to approve before committing to a one-year lease with us.

Is the contract dated and signed by both parties?

Yes indeed.

Can I also get my private address with you?

No. We are a registered office space. However, we do try to match people together to share private accommodation in an attempt to keep costs low for our clients. Feel free to reach out to us about this ( strictly a service for clients ).

Which of your packages do I need?

This is generally something you have to clarify with your legal advisors. For many legal purposes our business address package is enough but in some cases extra substance is required - such as a sign by the entrance, a lease agreement, a company website etc.

Only your lawyers can advise you on this matter.

If you wanna use the coworking space as well as our address it makes sense to go for a virtual office package.

Can I get a dedicated phone number with you and answering service?

No. We do not currently provide this service. However please let us know if this is something you require. If enough of our clients request this service we will add it for the future.

Can I start the process before my incorporation is complete?

Yes you can. We can prepare everything in advance.

How long is the minimum contract period?

Our agreement is for 12 months - whether you pay yearly or monthly.

I need a website for substance purposes - can you help with that too?

Yes we can. We can create a one-pager with your text and images or AI-generated content that will be substantial for your company in Cyprus.

Setup cost is 450 EUR + VAT and yearly hosting of the website is 60 EUR + VAT.
